- Before sending a damaged or defective device for repairs or exchange, please, make sure that the device has been produced by RASS GROUP. Our products have a sticker in the battery compartment as shown below.
The sticker shows our logo and the serial number of the device. In case the sticker is missing, please, contact us via e-mail shown on this website.
- The products shall be returned together with a free form notice containing the following information:
a) Serial number;
b) Description of problem;
c) Your contact number;
d) Your e-mail;
e) Your full name;
f) Your full address with zip code; and any other important information at your disposal.
- Make sure that the device is securely packed. In case you purchased a complete set of our products, please, send only damaged or defective devices and parts (accessories). It is not necessary to send back any devices or accessories that are functioning properly (i.e. extension cables, Y-cables, carryall bags, user manuals etc.).

Please, spell the company name accurately.
- It is advisable to take a scan or a photo of the mail receipt, and send it to our e-mail. If that is not an option, please, send us just the tracking number, so that your parcel doesn’t get lost.
